本机为高效杀菌型，其杀菌工艺为无菌空气--臭氧杀菌--双氧水--紫外线等对无菌仓和包装材料进行多重杀菌后进行包装--物料填充--预成型--整形--成品后送入输送带进行下一道工序的工作。


This machine is a high-efficiency sterilization type. Its sterilization process involves multiple steps: sterile air → ozone sterilization → hydrogen peroxide → ultraviolet light, which are used to sterilize the sterile chamber and packaging materials. After sterilization, it proceeds with packaging, material filling, pre-forming, shaping, and the finished product is then sent onto the conveyor for the next process.

本机为普通杀菌型，其杀菌工艺为无菌空气-双氧水对无菌仓和包装材料进行杀菌后进行包装——物料填充——预成型——整形——成品后送入输送带进行下一道工序的工作。

This machine is a standard sterilization type. Its sterilization process involves using sterile air and hydrogen peroxide to sterilize the sterile chamber and packaging materials, followed by packaging, material filling, preforming, shaping, and then the finished product is sent onto the conveyor belt for the next process.

     This machine is suitable for materials with a sugar content of less than 7%.
